Treating the root cause of imbalance
Wholesome with Mandy came to life with the aim to inspire a global community to embrace natural healing in their daily lives. Where food, herbs, and ancient practices have always served, and will continue to serve as valuable tools for health —balancing body, mind and spirit as a whole.
In a world that is far from connected, shifting focus from the hustle of life, to the heart of life. Breathing deeply, living deliberately, and most importantly, living in alignment with our earthly roots, our family, our community and the nurturing force of nature.
By deepening your understanding of health and reconnecting with your natural state, you'll not only enhance your own wellbeing but also that of others and the planet. Imagine THAT, rippling through, for you, for me and for our collective future!
As your guide
In my guidance, I intergrade the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with the modern insights of vibrational healing to provide holistic health advise. The Ayurvedic concept of prana, or life force energy, is deeply connected to our own vibrations and the vibrations we encounter in every aspect of our lives. From the food we eat to the thoughts we have and the impressions we take in, everything carries a frequency.
Alongside personalised health guidance through one-on-one consultations, I’ve explored the lands of Portugal and France, partnering with local suppliers to source the purest organic and ethically harvested ingredients for my oil blends. Each bottle is filled with love and care, high vibrations, hand-blended in small batches, infused with the Ayurvedic principles and a deep intention to heal.

Founder’s words
When I was younger, health challenges shaped my path —hormonal imbalances, mood swings, low energy, digestive issues and severe acne pushed me toward natural healing. Inspired by my grandmother, who was always immersed in naturopathy and natural healing practices, seeds were planted for my own journey into holistic health.
Now, this journey through wellbeing and spirituality spans over a decade. I began my deep dive into these healing arts in the lands (and waters) of Indonesia in 2013, and continued my path through New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and California, refining my skills under the guidance of renowned teachers.
I found deep shifts through yoga and surfing in Bali, while studying sustainable tourism and events on the island. (On a side note, it was during this time that my fascination for world history deepened through my research on UNESCO World Heritage). Then living in New Zealand and Australia for over a year, I started to piece it all together. Pure living, organic foods, and a deep connection to nature and spirituality transformed me. I felt truely well and knew, THIS is the essence of life.
Returning to Amsterdam in 2016, the contrast of corporate life became overwhelming. After burning out by 2019, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Angela Perez, Tomer Weiss, and Sean Goldberg, diving into Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, and foundations of Ayurveda. With already 8 years of Ayurvedic self-study and first-hand experience, I wanted to seal my dedication to this path with a Health Advisory Training under Myra Lewin at Hale Pule, born in Hawaii, now based in Bali.
While teaching yoga on the side, I started to work as an Executive Producer in the creative industry, guiding designers and composers in producing sound and music used in film and advertising for global brands like Adidas, Nike, Samsung, and Booking.com. This highlighted the importance of frequencies and vibrations and their effects on the human brain and emotions. Not to forget that I launched a yoga studio with holistic therapies, embracing that Libras can’t choose thus do it all! And now I’m here…
Surfing has become my way of understanding and navigating life's unpredictable moments. It teaches me to flow, to move with the waves, to embrace challenges with determination and a little bit of fear!
I’m here to guide you on your path to balance, knowing that life isn’t always sunshine. It’s about learning to dance in the rain and surf the waves of existence.
With Love,
Mandy
